What is Proof of Authority?
Definition of Proof of Authority
Proof of authority is introduced in a replacement of proof of work which authorizes the new blocks in a setup and makes that blockchain more secure with their specify authorization.
Breif Explanation of Proof of Authority
Unlike the proof of work, proof of authority network has no drawbacks. It is more secure for all the distributed blockchain based application. This is not based on computationally intensive content, but mining with a more difficulty which provides security by the requirement of more computations.
Proof of authority exchanges their account numbers and addresses to authorize only a secure node in a network. Only authorized nodes are allowed to run an instance party which is based on an agreed specification.
This proof authority allowed additional users to be on a blockchain network or not.
