What is Light Node?
Definition of Light Node
Any member which is connected to a computer with bitcoin network is called nodes. This is most commonly used lightweight node in a network. It forms the backbone of a network. This uses a lightweight hard disk space and bandwidth comparatively full nodes.
Breif Explanation of Light Node
Light nodes download all the transactions and history to assure that all the participants are following the bitcoin’s consensus rules. It enforced all the mention rules of a bitcoin consensus. If any of the participants violate the rules it can easily be rejected that by this node. Example of this system can be that if any blocks create more than a certain number of a bitcoin so this block will be rejected by light nodes in the network.
